1. duarouter route cost is the sum of free flow travel times over the route edges (unless you load a weight file to overrule the free-flow times). 2. vehroute-output only writes a cost value if it was included in the input. However, you can simply obtain the cost as (arrival - depart) 3. use tripinfo-output to obtain all that data
