Hello,
- nextStopIndex is the index of the stop to be replaced (0 is the upcoming
stop, 1 is the stop after that, ...)
- lane index is 0 for the rightmost lane, 1 for the lane to the left of it
and so on (reversed in left-hand traffic)
- flag is a bitset encoded as integer (by adding the values). see
https://sumo.dlr.de/docs/TraCI/Change_Vehicle_State.html#stop_0x12
- one of until, duration or both can be defined
- after replaceStop, the bus will continue with the stop after the replaced
one. To skip stops (and thereby catch up) you can call replaceStop with an
empty string which simply deletes a stop from the schedule:
https://sumo.dlr.de/docs/TraCI/Change_Vehicle_State.html#replacestop_0x17

regards,
Jakob
