This means there will be issues if the following two conditions are met: - the demand changes sharply from one time interval to the next - the travel time of a route is higher than the duration of a time interval Assuming your routes have an average travel time of 1200s and you need to match a 300s profile, you could try a combination of using routeSampler with option --interval 1200 and combine this with calibrators that use the 5min data.
