Just wanted to say that we added an option --alpha FLOAT (where FLOAT can
be a value from 0 to 1) to the plot tools which will hopefully fulfill your
request. See<https://github.com/eclipse/sumo/issues/12556> and
<https://sumo.dlr.de/docs/Tools/Visualization.html#formatting_options> .
Please note that it was added after today's release v.1.16 - you'll find it
in the developer version and on Github.

Best regards
Mirko

Hi, just to know whether is possible to insert information about .png
transparency in the output of plot_net_dump.py; I tried to set in the
--output section the transparency=true option (as in matplotlib savefig()
), but it does not seem to work.

Thanks

Fabio
