Hi Lin,
you can adjust it like any other car-following model parameter:
* add an attribute cc1="<YOUR_VALUE>" attribute to the vType element
definition
* change it during the simulation with TraCI with
traci.vehicletype.setParameter(vehID, "cc1", "<YOUR_VALUE>")

Hi everyone,
Does anyone know the default parameters using for the Wiedmann car
following model and W99?

This website does not have the exact values used for Wiedmann car
following model.
