although the main entry page of the SUMO project is actually  
<https://eclipse.dev/sumo/> , our online documentation is located at
<https://sumo.dlr.de/docs> .<https://sumo.dlr.de/> will just redirect you 
to  <https://eclipse.dev/sumo/> . Nevertheless, you shouldn't get that 
message. Did you check some reasons for SSL issues like cache problems, 
wrong system time? See various help sites like this one
<https://kinsta.com/blog/ssl-connection-error/> .
