Dear Amir, using traci to report back every 0.1s needs to go through your entire tcp/ip stack. There is significant overhead involved. You may want to use libsumo instead. It took more than 5hrs to run it via Traci. It should need less time to run (I am not sure but around 20 minutes) but I don't know why it takes so long.
