Dear Parisa,
just add attributes of the same names to the vType declaration (see docs
<https://sumo.dlr.de/docs/Definition_of_Vehicles%2C_Vehicle_Types%2C_and_Routes.html#vehicle_types>
). Something like this:
<routes>
<vType id="type1" accel="2.6" decel="4.5" sigma="0.5" length="5"
maxSpeed="70" cc1="1.3" cc2="8"/>
</routes>
