Hello,
the recommended way of converting SUMO output to an NS2-compatible format
is to use traceExporter.py which comes with the latest version of SUMO.

Unfortunately, there is a bug in the 0.19.0 release. Until the new release
is out please follow this workaround:

regards,
Jakob
