Dr. Sommer would you or someone else, please describe the procedure you
follow to bring an OpenStreetMap .osm file into a Veins simulation with
.numVehicles and .accidentCount being adhered to.

I have re-read all available documentation as well as many mail list
comments but am still having difficulty. If helpful, Please see the
conversion script I originally used here:
