But one question, in this case what does mean period?
Or the other hand, if we want it matches with real world , how to set the
value of it  at different  hours of a day, i.e. this value at the some
hours of a day is high and some hours is low. is it possible to set it
dynamically (dependent to specific hours at a day)?
