Hello,

When my simulation is finished it often happens that the emission output file
is incomplete, i.e. the last line is incomplete (and perhaps some lines are
missing). For example:

        <vehicle id="bike88.1" eclass="HBEFA2/P_7_7" CO2="0.00" CO="0.00"
HC="0.00" NOx="0.00" PMx="0.00" fuel="0.00" noise="55.94" route="bike88"
type="bicycle" waiting="33.40" lane="88_0" pos="11.32" speed="0.00"
angle="0.00" x="2041.66" y="925.23"/>
       <vehicle id="ped81.1" eclass="HBEFA2/P_7_7" CO2="993.75" CO="7.11"
HC="0.40" N

It looks like the last data is not flushed to the file. I studied the C++ TRACI
example and this works similar, no extra flush commands or time-outs.
I'm running SUMO v0.23 with Traci from our own Java code.

My procedure for ending the simulation is as follows:

-          Run simulation

- Send close command to TRACI

-          Wait for TRACI response

- Terminate TCP connection to TRACI

Am I doing something wrong or have I found a SUMO bug?

Kind regards,
