Several bugs that may have caused invalid (crashing) networks to be built have been fixed in the latest development version. If the crash occurs with netconvert 0.23.0 please try http://sumo.dlr.de/wiki/Downloads#SUMO_latest_SVN-version and then report back. regards, Jakob
