Hi everyone,
I have a problem in understanding the phases of traffic light and how it
changes. Could any one please elaborate these two lines of code for me that
how they work? And if I want to have a 5 seconds for yellow split and 20
seconds for green split in the intersection how can I write it?

f.write("<phase duration=\"3\" state=\"yyyyrrrryyyyrrrr\"/>\n")
