I have used duaiterate to get routes for my simulation with convergence < 0.01, my DUA-routes.
If I wanted to make some changes to the network, say reduce the speed of an edge or insert a tls, my paln was to pass the DUA-routes to duaiterate with convergence max again at 0.01. My question: As duarouter 1st routing performs a shortest path approach, should I use the duaIterate option --skip-first-routing in order to preserve the edge weights from my initial simulation? Im just a little unsure as to how default settings will affect this.
