Good day
My programe does not complete the duration of each phase as set on the
additional file.
for instance ,
if count > 0
Set tls("0") to "Ggrr"
and in the additional file i set 2000 as the duration to test .
However, i found that the the phase does not wait before 2000 has elapsed to
change to a different phase when onother actuation signal is recieved.
Please help to ensure that the phase durations are followed when traci is used
for dynamic traffic simulation
