Hello, - you can let sumo do the routing ( http://sumo.dlr.de/wiki/Simulation/Routing). To figure out the travel time you have to let a vehicle drive this route and look at the simulation outputs (http://sumo.dlr.de/wiki/Simulation/Output/TripInfo) - you can let the duarouter application do the routing. Travel time can be read from the .rou.alt.xml output file ( http://sumo.dlr.de/wiki/Demand/Shortest_or_Optimal_Path_Routing) - you may use traci: http://sumo.dlr.de/wiki/TraCI/Simulation_Value_Retrieval#Extended_retrieval_messages
