Hello, thank you for reporting this problem. In the latest svn revision netconvert will now create xsd-conforming street-sign-output. A workaround is described here: http://sumo.dlr.de/wiki/FAQ#What.27s_the_deal_with_schema_resolution_warnings_.2F_xsd_errors.3F
