Hi SUMO Users/Developers ,
I am using SUMO to optimize the global time and energy of all cars by varying
the routes of cars. I see that currently, duaIterate.py has a cost function
that minimizes individual travel time. I was wondering if there is a way I can
change the cost function and minimize global travel time.
