Hi Caner, the easiest way is editing the network using netedit. http://sumo.dlr.de/wiki/NETEDIT#Traffic_Lights You can also load your own traffic light programs from the command line: http://sumo.dlr.de/wiki/Simulation/Traffic_Lights
