I’m using netedit from the 0.25.0 distro and trying to modify connections 
within intersections. In particular, I’m trying to remove extra connections in 
complex intersections which are inappropriate for local conventions here in 
California.

afaict I can get netedit to remove or modify the connections (and the line 
representations seem to reflect what I want), but when I save the output the 
connections seem to revert to the original configuration. These connections are 
what were chosen initially by netconvert (and presumably are what are chosen by 
netedit when it is told to recompute the junction).

How can I save the new .net.xml file and (hopefully) have a signal layout 
appropriate to the new connections? Perhaps a simple walkthrough example would 
be very helpful.
