Hi,

I just noticed that the TraCI function which returns the ID of the leading
vehicle and its distance, provides a faulty distance. (command: 0xa4, variable:
0x68)

I have the following situation with two vehicles on the same lane:

- Vehicle "0" with lane position 118m
- Vehicle "1" with lane position 146m

Therefore, the distance between both vehicles should be: lane-pos("1") -
lane-pos("0") - vehicle_length("1") = 146m - 118m - 5m = 23m

However, requesting the leading vehicle of "0" returns vehicle "1" with
distance 20,5m.

I noticed that the missing distance has exactly the same value as the min-gap
of vehicle "0", which is configured with 2,5m in this specific test case.

Is this behavior a bug or intended?

Kind Regards,
Karl.
