Thank you for your response, I am trying to import a shapefile map in SUMO, however, when I fix the offset with respect to one point, I have some gaps on the other side of the map. I think that might be a projection problem.
I have two other questions regarding the projections in SUMO: 1) I noticed that in the prj file of my map I have one configuration parameter more than the one given in in the web site : http://spatialreference.org/ref/epsg/ntf-paris-lambert-nord-france/ in the section proj file Il fact: *PARAMETER["standard_parallel_1",55]]* does not appear --> Do you know how to take into consideration this parameter in SUMO? and how to include it in the configuration "--proj "+proj=lcc +lat....." that you gave me. 2) the map that I have is already converted into x,y coordinates. Is it possible to keep it as-is in sumo without using any projection (including the default projection)?
