in the previous releases of SUMO, in the route file, for example, if i create such a flow definition : <flow id="aaa" begin="0" end="900" probability="0.02" route="right" type="typedist1" /> it produces vehicles with a probability with 0.02 but this is not ended at time 900. It also continues to create vehicles after 900th second.
