Hello, this project is not part of the actively maintained SUMO tool suite (having last been touched 8 years ago). It remains in the release for historical reasons (which in this case means: for no good reason). The project was about the reconstruction of route information and traffic data from sparse Floating Car Data (FCD) from a fleet of Taxis.
