Hello, you can configure this independently: --time-to-teleport.highways controls wrong-lane teleporting (however, it only works for roads with at least 70km/h speed limit --time-to-teleport controls all other teleporting
Also, I recommend looking at the simulation where this type of teleporting happens. Sometimes it can be caused by inappropriate connections (causing counter-lane-change deadlocks).
