Hello, importing traffic lights from OSM is subject to .... limitations. See http://sumo.dlr.de/wiki/Networks/Import/OpenStreetMap#Debugging_missing_traffic_lights
Similar issues hold true for lanes. If you suspect a bug in the importer, please send me a small(!)
