Hello , I Tried to simulate Traffic conditions for a city whose Map I downloaded from open street map and I was successful in obtaining the traffic parameters. Now I want to improve the average speed by employing different techniques. One of the techniques is to use Odd-Even traffic simulation i.e. I only want to allow Vehicles having odd traffic id to run so that the average speed will increase due to less number of vehicles. I am facing problem in implementing the odd-even scenario using Traci.
