Hi everyone,
I want to do simulation(online) of path planning based on
congestion i.e Changing the route of the vehicle based on the message
received from a static node(RSU).I thought of using SUMO and TraCI(to
change the route of vehicles) for simulation purpose.I wanted to know which
network simulator should i use to communicate with TraCI and change the
route of vehicle in simulation.
