Hi,

As per your suggestions below, i tried to import the polygons from osm
network.

You can visualize busstops if you modify
sumo/data/typemaps/osmPolyconvert.typ.xml
(change polygonType id="highway" from discard="true" to discard="false" and
set layer to 10).
Then busstops will be included in polyconvert output (see
http://sumo.dlr.de/wiki/Simulation/Shapes)

When i see the polygons file, i can find some 63000 POI's with type=highway
and layer=10, which should be my bus stops if i understand correctly. But
in the actual network as per the local government database, the network has
just 4000 bus stops. How can i locate only bus stops in the polygons file?
