Hi, currently there is probably no easy solution. You can try to save the screenshot in a vector format (pdf or ps) and convert to high resolution bitmap afterwards (or even stay with the vector format). The possible problem is, that sumo omits certain details at certain zoom levels so they are not "invisibly small" they are simply not there and therefore not in the screenshot as well. So the edges and junctions will scale well but lane markings and traffic lights will disappear.
Second possibility: you can control the viewport and the screenshots with TraCI, so you could screenshot tiles with a script and stitch together the high resolution picture from the smaller ones.
