Hi all,
Iam new to veins,omnet++.I am working on a scenario where RSU's have
to collect the vehicle's attributes like speed,lane,id ..etc of the
vehicles in its range and send some vehicle specific messages from RSU(like
change of route for a particular vehicle).
How can i achieve this collecting the information of vehicles? How can i
send messages to a particular node in the simulation?
