Hello all,

An issue arises when we try to delete and recreate vehicles using the same id,
and altering some of their properties. Altering a property such as width gives
rise to a singular-type for the vehicle, denoted by its initial type and id.
(e.g. vehicle 1 of type CAR would become CAR@1). When we remove this vehicle,
this singular type persists despite its singular vehicle-bound nature.

Now when we recreate this vehicle and attempt to set its properties, an error
is returned over TraCI stating it could not add the same singular type.

A possible fix for this issue would be to remove the singular type when the
corresponding vehicle is removed. This should be possible due to the vehicle id
reference in the type, giving rise to at most one vehicle with the given
singular type at any time.

Kind regards,
