Dear SUMO community Recently, I noted that every time I run traci on Ubuntu 16.04, it fails to connect on the first try with the error:
Could not connect to TraCI server at localhost [Errno 111] Connection refused then it waits one second and retries to connect, this time successfully. Has anyone noticed this behavior and/or knows how to fix it?
