First line should be:
   Specte omnes horas
or, better word order both Latin-wise and in terms of the emphasis,
   Omnes horas specte
or finally, a somewhat better verb, (aspicio: to watch; specto: to look at), my final version:
   Omnes horas aspice

The other line is fine, rather elegant even, although good variants are possible, some shorter, for example:
   Una erit tibi ultima
   Una e quibus erit tibi ultima
