I have no opinion on Chinese or Basque, but there is no Flemish language. Flemings live in Flanders (mostly in Belgium) but their language is Dutch. Spoken Dutch has several regional dialects both in the Netherlands and in Belgium, but Flemings will insist that their language is Dutch --just as Americans maintain that they speak English.
