It is always the problem to express (and to
compress) a lot of notions in 2 or 3
sentences.Two solutions. To look for a more or
less long sentence introducing EoT and the yearly
shift in meridian crossing, while keeping the
"solar time" article the same length. That would
add a new article : "Equation of Time".
Perhaps the best would be to suppress the
unclear (for people of this mailing list)
sentence; the remaining text is sufficiently
clear and exact for an general encyclopedia such
Encarta.
But it is up to Bill Gates, not to me.
