Hi Bill, for brass it is very hot water, liquid soap in the water while heating it, & then about a 1/5 or more if no results, of the water used, say 1 litre, thus a 1/5 of amonia, put rubber gloves on your hands, take a wad of triple zero steel mesh & start rubbing; allways rinse aboundly afterwards & dry with a hairdryer or infrared lamp. I never used it on bronze but give it a try. Regards, Walter
