Hi Richard, I don't understand your point. According to the W3C specification, the META element should be in the HEAD section of an HTML document. See: http://www.w3.org/TR/REC-html40/struct/global.html#h-7.1 In section 7.4.4. it says: "A common use for META is to specify keywords that a search engine may use to improve the quality of search results."
