Just to fix things:

The eclipse begins at exactly 2003 May 16 01:05 UT, it reaches its maximum at 03:40 UT and finishes at 06:15 UT. Depending on where you are you'd be able to see one or other part of it. For more specifical information you should check your closest observatory's web.
