I have complained directly to star.net.uk and received a couple of notes
back saying they are looking into the problem. They seem to be a legitimate
service company stuck with a technical glitch that causes us problems. I
have provided them the complete headers to assist them with the trace.

Subject: Strange Reflector

Like many of you, I have been annoyed by the duplicate messages and curious
about the source. Where is the strange reflector and how can we shut it off?
The messages headers provide some clues. The details in the headers of the
duplicated messages are different. The list below is the extra routing
clipped from a typical duplicated messages. The problem seems to be with
these servers in the UK. Does any one recognize their service provider in
the header? As Mac noted the problem seems to be with star.net.uk and their
virus scanner reflecting the message back to the list with this message.
