Dear all, please forgive my ignorance, the article should be not in the British Sundial Society but in the Bulletin of the Scientific Instrument Society. I do have the CD with all articles from 1-80, but the quality of the photos is not always sufficient as in this case. So, if anybody could help with a scan of page 22, Bulletin 35 of December 1992, this would be of great help.
