Hello Sundial Photographers:

For your use and pleasure, I have created two easy-to-use public Flickr
Group sundial photo sharing webpages for us to use. Anybody can post and
share their photos here free of charge. As I mentioned in a previous letter,
I think that Flickr.com is the best photo sharing website there is. You
will see many great sundials on Flickr that don't appear on any other
websites. This website is so well designed that they have made it easy for
non-techie people to easily post their own photos. It's easy for me too
since no webmaster is required. (Lord knows Dave Bell and I already have our
hands filled managing our other educational sundial websites). I will not
manage the two webpages- you will! But I may occasionally delete
inappropriate photos if they appear.

One group is for 'Analemmatic Sundials' and the other is for 'Gnomons,
Styles and Nodi'. I made these groups because I thought it would be nice
to have a photo sharing webpage dedicated to these two specific things.

Here are the URLs:

Analemmatic Sundials: http://www.flickr.com/groups/1166...@n24/

Gnomons, Styles and Nodi: http://www.flickr.com/groups/1207...@n23/

Flickr.com has other groups of sundial photos that already exist if you want
to add your other sundial photos to them. They are:

Sundials: http://www.flickr.com/groups/sundials/

Meridiane - Sundials: http://www.flickr.com/groups/65836...@n00/

Cadrans Solaires: http://www.flickr.com/groups/99738...@n00/

I will make a new photo sharing group today for photos of the NASS
conference in Portland. I'll tell you the URL when it's ready.

John
