La scultura-strumento, progettata dall'architetto Giuseppe Ferlenga, è alta sette metri ed ha un diametro di cinque. Per la sua realizzazione sono stati impiegati circa 2000 chilogrammi tra acciaio, alluminio ed ottone. Quest'arredo è stato inaugurato nel giugno 2008.
