Dear Frank I cannot help you with the dial you construct but I can help with the lost Greenwich dials by a Polish dialist. His name was Tadeusz Przypkowski. Mr. Christopher Daniel wrote about the dials at Greenwich in his Maritime Monographs and Reports (No. 28) entitled Sundials on Walls. Mr. Daniel has kindly agreed for me to translate part of his monograph concerning the dials into polish and thus you can see them on my website.
