Hello Sasch and all, Perhaps you a right. These Armenian dials seem to be simple mass dials with a horizontal gnomon and equal hour angles, easy to discount as trivial. One looks like an attempt at polar dial. I am reluctant to ignore them without knowing more about their provenance, Perhaps they are meaningless reproductions without regard for orientation. I don't know enough about the specifics. Is there a local expert to comment on their merit?
