As some of you may remember, I have a pipe in the ground that points at
the sun at high noon on the equinox.
After the blood moon event last night it came to my attention that the
event happened very close to the same position
as the sun at the equinox.
I didn't have the presence of mind to sight up the pipe to verify that.
Is that a coincidence or something that I should expect to see?
I live in Southern California.
