Hi, it can be done as follows:
1. Get  Y   (year's number) from the closest 19-year circle: 1995 - 1, 1996 - 
2,... 2012 - 18, 2013 - 19, 2014 - again 1. Assuming   D  (day) and  M  (month) 
in its civil meaning, you will get  L  (Moon age in days, 15 - full) from the 
equation:
L = mod 30 (11Y + D + M - 14),
