Very ingenious! For a flat wall, I think it's probably a north-facing wall at the tropic of Cancer at June midsummer (or South-facing at Tropic of Capricorn at their midsummer), about 13h 35m, as that is so counter intuitive, the sun being North of the wall all day (I think?).
