That's supposed to get fixed in the next couple of hours (plus
however long it takes for the fix to get pushed to the external
website).
The link is fixed. The 3.0 docs, including the Release Notes, are now
available at <http://docs.sun.com/app/docs/coll/1230.1>.
The story on licensing for 3.0 is that you should be able to buy
licenses immediately through your local Sun sales office,
or you can buy them online starting next week when the 3.0
public announcement is made. Very strange.
